On Thursday, 01/27/2022, Lawrence did make it right. He installed the air gap that should have been installed on 12/27/2021, he installed a new kitchen faucet that I had purchased, and then tested the dishwasher. I now have a functional dishwasher! Thank you, Lawrence, for assuring me of Sugar Bear's integrity and for following through by holding your company accountable.The deep scratch on my wood floor, caused by Sugar Bear's employees dragging the old dishwasher down the hall, still requires remedy by Sugar Bear; Lawrence has promised to take care of it. read less

That said, the service was started within hours of my call for assistance & completed about an hour after the plumber started, though he predicted it would take 2 hours.
